I first read this in 1968 and most recently on the 15th September 2012

Lazarus Long shows his fellow long-livers how to get things done, make decisions and stand on their own two feet. He leads the rescue of the Howard Families from the fearful clutches of the US Government and even manages to introduce them to some exotic c aliens.

Rip-roaring classic adventure and so enjoyable. When returning this book to Heap 3 in Silo 1, I was fortunate to spot "I will Fear No Evil", the sequel and another classic of course. So now I'm roaring my way through pages of make-up, lingerie and long-lived macho man once more.

Loaded on the 20th March 2022.
