I read this in February 2001.

It's a nice novel, but more about psychiatric analysis than science fiction. Since the narrator is unable to accept that his patient may be an alien, he is forced to consider him insane. And yet, except for this single obsession and one disturbing phobia the visitor is clearly perfectly sane (but perhaps that is true of most mental patients). Rather surprising things begin to happen to the other patients, the narrator himself and his family.

Come to think of it, I may read this again in year or two.

Loaded on the 16th February 2001.
